This event aims to reinforce the importance of proper Hand Hygiene in PROMOTING Health and PREVENTING spread of illness. The school Sr. Joy,SMIS, demonstrated to the Elementary pupils the proper handwashing. After the demonstration, the selected or representative pupils by grade level, practice and showcase what they had learned from the demonstration. This hands-on activity aimed to reinforce the importance of proper handwashing techniques as part of personal hygiene and health.

Each representative pupil followed the steps demonstrated by Sr. Joy, ensuring they:

1. Wet their hands with clean, running water.
2. Applied soap and lathered thoroughly.
3. Scrubbed their hands for at least 20 seconds, covering all areas including the back of the hands, between fingers, and under nails.
4. Rinsed thoroughly under running water.
5. Dried their hands using a clean towel or air dryer.
