The City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO), through Sir Jericho Adolfo, conducted an Earthquake Preparedness Lecture and Drill.
The lecture provided students, teachers, staff and drivers with vital knowledge on earthquake safety protocols, including the two recommended procedures to protect oneself during an earthquake: โDrop, Cover, and Holdโ and โDuck, Cover, and Hold.โ
After the lecture, the Grade School department carried out their earthquake drill to apply what they had learned. This was followed by the High School department, which also conducted the said drill to further strengthen preparedness.
The activity successfully enhanced the readiness, awareness, and resilience of the entire school community.
